Anthony Bartolo Sr. is a sales and management professional with 40+ years of experience. He holds multiple training certifications in Sales, Management, Recruiting, and Business. He has directly managed hundreds of sales and management personnel, recruited and interviewed, over 1,000, trained over 5,000, many of whom, went on to advanced positions within their organization. He earned numerous sales and management achievement awards for outstanding performance within a variety of sales organizations.

Now as a Certified Coach and Consultant, he has coached and mentored hundreds of Start-Ups, Entrepreneurs, and Business Owners.

He started his Sales career as an Independent straight commission Sales Rep in the “In Home Sales”, “Direct to the Consumer” industry. He earned Top Sales Rep Ranking for Craftmatic Adjustable Beds, PF Collier Encyclopedias, ADT Security Services. He attributes his Sales Success because of his proficiency at Closing Sales on a “One Call” Basis.

During his tenure and his continued success, each company had requested that he become a certified sales and management trainer to aide in the development of others. It was from this exposure; that created his passion for training. Along with continuing his roles in Sales and Management he also was responsible for assisting the organizations with sales and management training and contributed to the creation of several new sales campaigns and programs.

His successes in sales and training resulted in promotions to several key upper management positions for the same organizations. There he led several multimillion-dollar branch operations to exceed their budgeted objectives and targeted profit revenue.

In 2005, after 25 years of achievements in sales and management, along with his exposure to training, development, and training certifications, led him to embark on starting and launching his own sales training, coaching, and consulting business. He has authored 4 books about Sales and numerous sales training and development programs.

He truly is a sales and management professional that shares his passion for sales, along with his business knowledge and experience. His motto is that he does not teach people, he educates them. To enable the growth of others his coaching and consulting services incorporates his certifications and field experience to ensure their success.
