We at Lifesjourney guide people who are suffering from daily life issues such as stress, anxiety, coping skills, depression, etc, leading you toward improving your life. We offer ONLINE sessions. We believe that when we keep our thoughts on the present moment we reduce our stress and learn new patterns of thinking and feeling. We work with you, as a guide, teaching you the skills needed for living a peace-filled life.
Chris Shea, founder, is trained in pastoral care, spirituality, and life coaching, incorporating these disciplines into a holistic approach, enhanced with cognitive-behavioral therapy. He's also an adjunct professor at McDaniel College's Graduate School of Counseling and speaks at professional conferences and seminars.
